The closing reception of Colonialism: The Collective Unconscious featured a panel discussion with the curator and the artists in the show. Rubén Guevara was included as a speaker in the panel. He is the subject in Harry Gamboa Jr’s video included in the exhibition: Fire Ants for Nothing. The mediator of the discussion was Amitis Motevalli, Director of the WIlliam Grant Still Art Center.
